Ernesto Espinosa González holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he graduated with Special Mention.

He holds a Diploma in Energy Law and a Diploma in Compliance, both from Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD).

He also completed the ESG Sustainability for Businesses program at Universidad Panamericana and has completed various specialized courses.

He has attended conferences focused on regulatory compliance, sustainability and corporate integrity, including matters related to oversight, enforcementand best practices in compliance.

He specializes in Energy Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Legal Audits. His experience includes advising on highly relevant matters in the energysector, serving both domestic and international clients.
